Mightier than the sword!
Good stories, if it's only the beginning, it's the beginning of things to come, even if it has to be done under a cloak of secrecy, voices should be heard.

I get to wander how much damage must the Fijian economy go through to get some international attention. Not only do the innocent people of Fiji have to suffer from the powers that be, but we have to be ridiculed by the neighbouring hypocrites who do more harm than good.
So what of the people?
As voices are limited now to a minimum volume a pitch lower than that of human rights standard, there is still nothing being said by the international brotherhood.
The first time I heard about the 2006 coup, we just got back from a patrol in Iraq. It was big news on the BBC and as we watched intently, I was asked by an Officer what started the coup. "Which one", I asked sarcastically.
It just seems now that there is no more respect for hundreds of years of traditional ranks amongst us Fijians. He who has the biggest gun and shiniest medals rules the roost. What's a chief?
As once echoed throught the streets by people with hope we pray that it will be heard one day through the strets of Fiji "Power to the people"!

We see now where our country is heading under this illegal regime.

They are trying to justify their actions in the recent past of beating up innocent civilians with the excuse of controlling the mass. We should be wary of the direction this regime has taken as any voice of dissention to the leadership style will be swiftly extinguished.

To openly support China is very brave, or maybe the "no care attitude of this leadership. They have shown that they only accept suggestions that follow along with their agenda, otherwise, they just throw it aside and don't care what the population thinks.

mahendra must be laughing to himself as Franks character was just the right ingredient he was after in the military leadership so that he could manipulate while he stand back in the background.

Anyway I would like to re-iterate the importance of being watchful of the direction the regime is moving and to figure out how we as normal Fijian people can put a stop to it.
